FlammaLux currently ships to Australia.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
Shipping details and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Orders are shipped using reliable international carriers to ensure safe delivery while keeping shipping costs low.

Shipping Time

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Estimated delivery time is 8–16 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

- Please note that fulfillment delays may occur during busy shopping periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return & Refund Requests 

All return, refund, or replacement requests must be submitted WITHIN 7 days of receiving your order. You may request a return or refund if:

- Your item arrived damaged or defective

- You are not satisfied with the product

- You received the wrong item

- Your order was lost or not delivered

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval

- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or lost
